Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 3 PM (GMT+7) from Monday to Friday. Kindly note that the service is not available on public holidays.

Same-day delivery with instant transportation is also available for orders placed before 12 PM (GMT+7) from Monday to Friday. Only available to local addresses around DKI Jakarta (Jadetabek). Please contact our Sales Assistance if you wish for instant delivery. Kindly note that the service is not available on public holidays.

Next day delivery for all orders made after 3 PM (GMT+7) from Monday - Friday. Kindly note that the service is not available on public holidays.

SASKARA is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the customer. If the package goes missing, SASKARA may choose to open an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party. Please contact our Sales Assistance if your order details indicate the package has been delivered but nothing was received.
