1. Product returns and exchanges can be done within 1x24 hours after the product is received.
2. Product returns can only be done if there is an error made by SASKARA and the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
3. Products to be exchanged must be in good condition. (There is still a product tag, not used, and must be packed safely) if there is any damage, SASKARA has the right to refuse the returned product.
4. Buyers are required to include an invoice or proof of purchase for products that have been received.
